The Osage Nation Museum still discusses Black Dog I and Black Dog II as influential leaders whose descendants carry their history.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eA full-length portrait in context\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlack Dog stands wrapped in a pale blanket edged in black, holding a pipe in one hand and a tomahawk in the other.
